Customized Metallic Foil Ribbon for Satin Printing

One of our most popular products, the metallic gold thermal transfer ribbon, is typically used for printing on film-based label materials. However, two years ago, a client approached us with a unique request: they needed to print on satin ribbon for use in gift wrapping, floral packaging, and graduation sashes industry.

Recognizing this growing demand in the decorative and events market, our R&D team developed a customized metallic thermal transfer ribbon specifically designed for satin ribbons. It produces crisp, fully transferred prints that adhere well to satin without smearing or fading.

We now offer seven metallic colors, including gold. While gold prints well on the most of satin, To achieve good opacity and maintain color vibrancy, the other metallic colors need to be printed on premium satin ribbons with higher fabric density.
