We are redefining what's possible in textile printing. Our R&D team is in the final stages of perfecting a next-generation metallic gold thermal transfer ribbon, specifically engineered to conquer the challenges of printing on various fabrics.
This breakthrough ribbon delivers what was once difficult to achieve: exceptionally complete and vibrant metallic transfer on lower-quality, porous fabrics at a significantly lower operating temperature. This means brilliant, consistent gold finishes can now be applied to a wider range of textile applications without the risk of heat damage.
However, in the spirit of transparent innovation, we are also optimizing two key areas in ongoing tests. The current formulation shows room for improvement in continuous feed stability during very long print runs and ultimate abrasion resistance for the most demanding wear-and-tear environments.
